Rosemary Drennen Courboin, 89, of Clarksville, passed away on September 6, 2008. Most beloved wife of her husband of 63 years, Robert; greatest mother of her 3 children, Robert (Jeanne) Courboin, Kathleen (Richard) Hayes and Patrice (Matthias) Lydon; and best grandmother of Justin and Alexis Hayes and Winston Courboin. She was born in Lancaster, NY and graduated cum laude from D’Youville College, Lancaster. She and her husband moved to Clarksville, Tennessee in 1976, where she was very proud of her volunteer work in the area, especially assisting in the planning and completion of the new Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library. She enjoyed reading, cooking and crossword puzzles. She said her greatest treasures were her wonderful husband, children and grandchildren. She was a special person whose compassion and love will be truly missed by her family and many friends. Visitation Wednesday, 3-6 p.m. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, 1209 Madison Street. Funeral service, Thursday, 10 a.m., Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 709 Franklin Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary' Catholic School or the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library.
