Rosa Babette Maggard, age 90, passed away on Friday, September 8, 2017 while at her home.
The Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, September 11, 2017 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Father Chris Nunes officiating. She will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home.
Additionally, a Prayer and Rosary Service will be begin at 4 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Rosa entered into this life on January 1, 1927 in Trostberg, Germany, daughter of the late Mathias and Therese Maier Hochmeier. She was a loving mother and devoted wife and a Parishioner of the Immaculate Conception Catholic church.
Rosa is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Bobby B. Maggard; her son, Horst Maggard and his wife Peggy; her sister, Frieda Patzelt; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Samuel Maggard, Franklin Maggard, Peggy Payne, Mabel Vanover, and Margaret Cooper. She was also the loving grandmother of three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
