Ronnie Ragsdale

Ronnie James Ragsdale, age 64 of Tennessee Ridge, TN, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019 at his residence.
A celebration of his life will be held 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Wilson Coffelt and Bro. Rick Chadwick officiating. Full military honors will be rendered at the funeral home.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday evening.
Ronnie entered this life on July 29, 1954 in Nashville, TN, son to the late Thomas and Connie Ragsdale. Ronnie proudly served his country in the United States Army and National Guard for over sixteen years and later retired from Turney Center Prison as a TOOC Correctional officer.
In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Thorton, and grandmother, Mamma Kay Dillard.
Survivors include his loving wife, Emily Ragsdale; children, Connie Martin (Manny), April Lovvorn, Sara Raines, Jesse Raines, Adam Ragsdale, Eric Schmidt, Jamie Dennis (Megan), and sisters, Darlene Cook, and Janet Stinson. Ronnie also leaves behind his 12 precious grandchildren.
