Ronald Lee Jones

Ronald Lee Jones, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2024, in Clarksville, Tennessee, surrounded by his loving family. Born on May 16, 1955, in Springfield, Illinois, Ronald led a life marked by honor and dedication.

After serving with great distinction, he retired from the United States Army with the rank of Sergeant First Class. His military career was a testament to his character, embodying the values of leadership, loyalty, and service to his country. Ronald was not only a soldier; during his military career he was also a mentor and a friend to many, inspiring those around him with his unwavering commitment to excellence. He was a member of Full Gospel Tennessee Church.

Ronald is survived by his beloved wife, Sun Hui Choi Jones, and his cherished daughter, Vanessa Schlunderaff.

A visitation honoring Ronald's memory will be held on December 6, 2024, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 11:00 AM, both taking place at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home located at 1209 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040. Pastor Johng-hyun Kim will officiate. Full US Army Honors will be rendered. His remains will be later laid to rest at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
