Ronald entered this life on March 21, 1949 in Montgomery County, TN to the late George and Naomi Reed Jines. He was a Baptist and a Veteran of The United States Army. Ronald was also retired from The Montgomery County Hwy Department, where he worked as a paver.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Tina and Helen.
Survivors include his children, Jason Jines and his wife Cindy, Rachel Smith and her husband Johnny, Georgette Jines (Joe); mother of his children, Patricia Perry Smith; siblings, Dean Jines, Linda Shepherd, Evelyn Mixon, Cindy Wallace, Brenda Williams, Barbara Griffin, and Vanessa Sloffer.
