Roger Dale Chandler, age 68 of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2016 at his home.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Reed officiating. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery, Trenton, KY.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until the hour of service on Wednesday.
Roger was born on July 5, 1947 in Clarksville, the son of the late Buford Chandler and Sally Johnson. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Ann Chandler; brothers, Jerry, Buford, John, Billy, Phillip, and Charles; step-daughter, Ann Scott.
He was a Vietnam Veteran in the U.S. Army and proudly earned the rank of Sergeant. Roger also worked as a masonry contractor for 30 years.
Survivors include his daughters, Connie (Greg) Cathey and Betty (Ken) Broadbent; son, Charles Chandler; sister, Ann (Vince) Glorioso; 7 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
