Robert Martin

Robert T. Martin, 74, Clarksville, died Monday, March 15, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with full military honors. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home. The remains are to be cremated. He was born February 24, 1936 in Olive Branch, MS and was the son of the late Frank and Mollie Martin. Mr. Martin was a retired U.S. Army SFC who served his country in the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was a Baptist. He is survived by his wife, Edeltraud Martin, Clarksville; sons, Michael Terence Martin, Clarksville, Thomas Robert Martin, Winter Park, FL; daughter, Sonja Elsie Tilley, Crofton, KY; brothers, Frank Martin, Memphis, TN, Cleveland Martin, California; grandchildren, Michael and Stephen Wall, Portland, OR, Michael, Christopher and Brittany Martin, Shreveport, LA, Chantel and Jeremy Martin, Clarksville, McCoy Robert and Mykayla Rose Marie Martin, Saginan, MI, Michael Martin Jr and Esmeralda Mahogany Martin, San Antionio, TX, Rylee Nikole and Kaylee Camille Martin, New Smyrna Beach, FL; great-granddaughter, Kamryn Lee Trotta, New Smyrna Beach.
