Robert was born December 21, 1963 in Champaign, Illinois, son of Jewel Percy King and JoAnn Mockbee King. He was a veteran of the US Navy.
Survivors include his family, all of Clarksville: wife, Kathy Winfree King, son, Richard King, and daughter, Heather King.
