Robert Harold Felkner, age 79 of Clarksville passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Robert entered this life on February 28, 1942 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Harold and Marie Petroff Felkner. He was a Veteran of The United States Air Force and a member of both the American Legion and Salvation Army. Robert enjoyed, thrifting, antiquing, songwriting, music, and poetry. He was a long time employee of Sears, a Milwaukee Police Officer, Campus Security Officer at Daytona Beach Community College and eventually retired from Miller Brewing Company after 22 years of dedicated employment. Growing up, Robert was a greaser, he loved hot rod cars. His motto was “Two Thumbs Up”, he was the life of the party, lit up the room and will be dearly missed by his family. Robert was known to be ahead of his time, he was an entrepreneur and always came up with little jingles and slogans. Most importantly, he was a follower of Jesus Christ. He loved reading his bible and telling others about his salvation.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son and daughter in law, Anthony and Brittney Darling, and his brother, Gary L. Felkner.
Survivors include his loving wife of over 15 years, Raquel Morales Felkner; children, Stephen T. Felkner, Shannon M. (Robert) Wheeler, and Austin Darling; grandchildren, Stephen A. Felkner, Kaley A. Felkner, Derrick J. Kind, Shiloh M. Rowland, Nadia R. Wheeler, Odin Darling, Lugh Darling, and Eira Darling; great-grandchild, Mariana S. Kind; favorite cousin, Donald Bruce, and many other cousins and family members.
