Robert L. Davidson, age 83, passed away November 29, 2016 at Centennial Hospital from an extended illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, December 2, 2016 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. Ernest Green officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the hour of service. Burial will follow at Marion Methodist Church Cemetery.
Robert was born March 9, 1933 in Dickson County. He was preceded in death by his wives, Margaret Lavell Davidson and Joan Gerstman Davidson. He was also preceded in death by brothers, LD Davidson of Clarksville, TN and Cecil Ray Davidson of Slayden, TN; sisters, Annie Ruth Bradford and Pokey May Green, both of Slayden, TN. Living relatives are brother, James Espy Davidson and sister, Mary Lou Davidson plus several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Aaron Green, Darren Green, Jesse Ferrell, Mark Davidson, Don Davidson, and James “Bootie” Green.
