Robert "Bob" Dodson

   Robert “Bob” L, Dodson, age 77 of Tennessee Ridge, TN, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 11, 2024 at his residence while surrounded by his loving family.     

   Bob entered this life on September 12, 1946 in Detroit, MI, son to the late Leon Dodson and Hattie Mildred Tatom Dodson. Bob was a member of Elk Creek Baptist Church and lived his life for the Lord. Bob had a love for the outdoors and was an avid fisherman; He will be greatly missed. 

   In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his son, Robert Joseph Dodson; siblings, Dennis Dodson, Debra Dodson, and brother-in-law, Ron Hoffman. 

   Survivors include his loving siblings, Sharon (Donald Ray) Tomlinson, Barbara (James Sidney) Cathey, Katherine Hoffman, Mary Joe Parker, and daughter, Shelby Jean Dodson. Bob also leaves behind his dearest friends, George Nance, Gerald Gehrke, Gabby Wenzel, Sophia Freeman; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
