Robert Shearon Bagwell Sr, 82 of Clarksville passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2021.
The Bagwell family will receive friends from 4-6p.m. on Friday, July 2, 2021 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
Robert was born on December 27, 1938, in Montgomery County, TN to the late Robert and Amanda Shearon Bagwell. He was a Veteran of The United States Army, and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. All his working career, Robert was a heavy equipment operator, 35 years of which was at the Montgomery County Highway Department. After retirement he thoroughly enjoyed tending and nurturing his yard and flowers.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Reddick.
Survivors include his wife of over 60 years, Priscilla Edwards Bagwell; children, Bob (Shane) Bagwell, Jr., Greg (Ellen) Bagwell, and Sherry L. Bagwell; sister, Rachel Pace; grandchildren, Stephanie Oakes, Brandon Bagwell, Amanda Knapp, Samantha Bagwell, T.J. Casey, and Robert S. Bagwell III; great-grandchildren, Steven Knapp, Mavis Knapp, and Viven Knapp.
