Rita Ann Payne, 66 of Clarksville, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, December 22, 2015.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Willett officiating. Entombment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday evening at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
Rita was born May 22, 1949 in Chicago, IL to the late Victor Kairis and Mary Petrulis. Rita served as the Catholic Parish Coordinator at Sacred Heart Parish. She was also a Vietnam Veteran in the U.S. Army. She dedicated her life in service of soldiers and their families.
Survivors include her son, Jim Payne of Washington; daughter, Judith Payne of Massachusetts, Catherine Payne of San Fransico, and Christine Stewart of Arizona; brothers, Robert Kairis of Chicago and Victor Kairis of California; 7 grandchildren.
