Ricky entered into this life on November 19, 1962 in Dover, TN to the late James Robert Westerman and Dolly Mae Meadows Westerman. He was a Christian.
Survivors include his companion, Mary Jo Lehman; son, Jamie Westerman; sister, Rita Faye Delong; half-brothers, Vernon, Jerry Dale, and Joe Harris, and three grandchildren.
