Ricky Lynn Kennedy, Sr., age 59, of Cedar Hill, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2018 at his residence
A Celebration of Life will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Dr. Ted Denny officiating.
The Kennedy family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Ricky entered into this life on August 9, 1958 in Athens, Tennessee to the late Willard and Bessie Kenser Kennedy.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Rachael Johnson-Kennedy, and son, Donnie Kennedy.
Survivors include his son, Ricky Kennedy, Jr.; daughters, Alisha Kennedy, Stephanie Kennedy O’dell, and Vanessa Watters; brothers, Bud, John, and Doug Kennedy; sisters, Maxine Stokes, Patsy Kennedy, Mary Ruth Kennedy, and Mildred Borden, and eleven grandchildren.
