Ricky Carroll Herrell, 49, Clarksville, TN, died Wednesday, September 17, 2008, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 10am Tuesday at Slayden Church of God of Prophecy with Bro. James Green officiating. Burial will be in Slayden Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4pm to 8pm Monday at Slayden Church of God of Prophecy at Slayden Church of God of Prophecy.
Mr. Herrell was born December 1, 1958 in Dickson, Co. son of Freeman Herrell and Annie Crockett Herrell. Aside from his father he was preceded in death by his sons Jeffery M. Herrell and Richard Herrell. Along with his mother he is survived by his son Johnathan Herrell; brothers Ronnie, Freeman, and Bobby Herrell; sister Shelia Johnson, and fiance Nelvonnie Houston.
