Richard (Richie) Thomas Wolf, age 70, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 16, 2022, at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. Carl Sims officiating. He will be laid to rest with US Navy Honors in the Green Cemetery.
Richie's family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home.
Richie entered into this life on November 10, 1951 in Montgomery County to the late Thomas G. Wolf and Margie Ann Green Wolf. As a young man, Richie entered into service with the US Navy and enjoyed a career of selflessness and service throughout much of his adult life. During his naval career, he served combat duty in Vietnam and Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm. After his honorable discharge, Richie returned to Clarksville, working at Domino's Pizza for some 20 years and also working as a boiler operator for Austin Peay State University. Richie enjoyed fellowship in the Church of Christ churches and also enjoyed collecting coins as a hobby.
In addition to his parents, Richie was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Wolf. Survivors include his uncle, Nat (Carolyn) Green, his aunt, Vernell G. Crissman, and nephews, Tommy and Travis Wolf.
