Richard Franklin Gier, age 90 of Stewart, TN, passed away March 9, 2022 at Tennova Healthcare.
Richard entered this life on October 23, 1931 in Marion, OH, son to the late Leonard Ray and Catherine Claxton Gier. Richard faithfully served his country in the United States Army and was a proud Korean War Veteran.
In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his son, James Nathan Gier.
A private inurnment will be held at a later date in Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.
