Richard Anthony Binkley, age 71 of Clarksville passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at his home.
A private family graveside service will be held at Sango Cemetery with John Stanley officiating.
Richard entered this life on June 16, 1950 in Montgomery county, TN to the late Charles Binkley and Bessie Rich Parker.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his stepfather, Robert “RV” Parker; sister, Shelia Louise Binkley, and stepsister, Kathy Nicholson.
Survivors include his daughter, Christy (Brian) Binkley Biggs; grandsons, Bryan and Adam Jacoway; brother, Donnie Binkley; stepbrother, Darrell (Lynda) Parker; brother-in-law, Victor Nicholson; aunt, Rhonda Rich, and many nieces and nephews.
