She was born on July 20, 1961, daughter of the William Cerney Sr. and Barbara Myers Carney. Rhonda was a member of Southside Methodist Church. She enjoyed shooting guns, Sons of Anarchy, listening to music and loved her dog Rufus.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Painter.
Survivors include her daughter, Jessica Painter; parents William Cerney Sr. and Barbara Myers Cerney; brother, William Cerney Jr.; sister, Vicki Cerney.
