Rev. Calvin W. Reagan, 80, Clarksville, died Saturday, February 16, 2008, after an extended illness.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. John Casey, Dr. Raymond Wesley, and Rev. Thomas Dowdy officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 11 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Roberta Proffitt Reagan. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Cravath Reagan of Clarksville, daughters Sharon (Richard) Meeks and Rebecca Smith, both of Clarksville, Rachel Reagan and Donna (Terry) Murphy, both of Nashville, grandchildren Heather Melton, Justin Meeks, Travis Meeks, Courtney Smith, and Charlsie Smith, and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Martin III, Larry McGavic, Terry Murphy, Richard Meeks, Phillip Cravath, Justin Meeks, and Travis Meeks. Honorary pallbearers will be Newton Powers, Marvin Travis, Arthur Richardson, and United Methodist Pastors.
