Rev. George Anderson

Rev. George Marion Anderson passed away November 22, 2011. He was born May 11, 1924 in Stewart County, Tn. son of the late Tommy and Oshia Ryan Anderson. Funeral service will be 11am Saturday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jay Wilburn, Rev. John Richardson, officiating. Burial will be at Lowry Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 noon until 8pm Friday and from 8am until service Saturday at the funeral home. He was a member of Elk Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Fronia Brown Anderson of Cumberland City, Tn. one brother Woodrow Anderson of Erin, Tn. two sisters Martha Lyle of Barisilla, Ky. Otho Mae Beechum of Nashville, Tn. Pallbearers will be Everitte Lee Richardson, Matt Mathis, Aaron Mathis, Troy Anderson, Geary Durham, Billy Ray Welker, Bill Schmidt, and Anthony Schmidt. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Anderson Jr. Melvin Self.
