Raul Alvarez Jimenez, age 66, of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Raul entered this life on October 8, 1958 in Manhattan, New York to the late Raul Alvarez Reus and Argentina Jimenez. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Raul was outgoing, social and enjoyed his time at the Ajax Turner Center. He was a talented carpenter, furniture maker, mechanic, and handy man. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Hector Alvarez, and Antonio Alvarez, and his granddaughter, Arleen Serrano.

Survivors include his children, Roslyn Alvarez, Raul Alvarez, Marian Alvarez, Roxanna Alvarez (Michael Maldonado); grandchildren, Hiram Harim, Alanis, Jarib, Michael, Ayden, and Adam; siblings, Amada Alvarez, William Rivera, Mildred Alvarez, and Edgar Alvarez.
