Randy was born November 9, 1959 in Indianapolis, IN. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Woodlawn, and spent his time working as a security guard.
He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Lee Riddell, and sister, Cinda Kay Riddell.
Survivors include his mother, Doris Richards Riddell Settle; brother, Bruce Riddell, and sister Donna Kent.
