Randal Hayes

Randal Eugene Hayes, age 89 of the Shiloh Community, passed away on Monday, September 29, 2014.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Gregory M. Jones and Rev. Phillip Chambers officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday with a Masonic Service at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Visitation will also be from 12 noon until the hour of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Randal was born on October 2, 1924 in Montgomery County, the son of Lathie Hayes and Orabel Britt Hayes. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and a retired meter reader for Cunningham Utility District. He was a member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church, a member of the AL Menah Shrine in Nashville, TN, and belonged to the Palmyra Masonic Lodge 747.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Julian Hayes.
He is survived by his wife, Priscilla Russell Hayes, his sister, Dolores Baldwin, and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be David Atkins, Charlie Britt, Russell Adkins, John Adkins, Wayne Oldham, Jimmy Russell, Jimmy Nance, and Olaf Marek.
DeWayne McCauley will be an Honorary Pallbearer.
