Rachel Jones age 70 of Pleasant View, died Wednesday December 12, 2012 at Southern Hills Medical Center.
A celebration of her life will be at 11 a.m. Monday December 17, 2012 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Bobby Kail officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home.
Rachel was born July 27, 1942 in Montgomery County, daughter of the late Robert Benton and Mary Bell Hancock Yarbrough. She was retired from Quality Control at Acme Boot with 27 year’s service. After her retirement from Acme Boot she worked for Shoney’s Corporation Office for 13 years. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Zachary Coleman.
Survivors include her husband, Calvin Jones; sons, Steve (Judy) Coleman of Springfield and David (Jamie) Coleman of Pleasant View; sisters, Martha Canada of Cheatham County and Barbara Mullins of Clarksville and a grandson, Calvin Edward Coleman.
Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.
