Porter Jenkins

Porter Winford Jenkins, age 92 of Clarksville, TN passed away Monday, June 13, 2022.
Graveside Service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating.
Porter entered this life on April 23, 1930 in Clarksville, TN to the late Lehman and Bertie Reeves Jenkins. He was a Korean War Veteran with 5 bronze stars. Porter was a skilled mechanic for Jenkins and Wynn Truck Shop and Harris Propane Company.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Janell Lewis Jenkins.
Survivors include his daughter, Marilyn (Terry) Griffy; grandchildren, Benjamin Griffy, and Jordan (Kristen) Griffy; great-grandchildren, Avery, Kyndall, and Mia; siblings, Ruby (Ray) Blankenship, David (Susan) Jenkins, Katharine Lewis Brown and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Terry Griffy, Ben Griffy, Jordan Griffy, Brett Appleton, Ron Sleigh, and Ted Lewis.
