Polly McCormack

Polly O'Neal McCormack, 94, Henrietta, passed away, Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Nanney-Hollis Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel. She is survived by her sister, Emma Hagewood Forte, Nashville; daughter, Mavis Brewer, Goodlettsville; nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
