Phillip Kent Davis, age 66 of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2015 at his home.
Phillip was born on June 1, 1948 in Montgomery County, the son of Polk Davis Sr. and Eva Lorene Davis. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Polk Davis Jr., John Davis, and Billy Davis; sisters, Barbara Carper and Faye Davis Couts; step-daughter, Shiloh Mince. He was a heavy equipment operator for the City of Clarksville. He was a Veteran and a member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Martha Morrison Davis; son, Phillip Lawrence (Stephanie) Davis; daughter, Mandy Davis Bean; brothers, David Davis, Frank Davis, Steve Davis, and Mickey Davis; sisters, Earlene Lewis, Rachel Yarbrough, Mary Frances, and Linda Bumpus.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association at 1818 Patterson Street Nashville, TN 37203.
