Perry Clayton Story, age 25, passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2013 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Vick officiating. Burial will follow in the Stewart-Rinehart Cemetery.
The Story family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Perry entered into this life on May 30, 1988 in Montgomery County, son to proud parents Garry Marshall Story and Kathleen Perry Story. He was a 2013 graduate of APSU where he was a member of the AGR fraternity. Perry worked as a Technician with West Tennessee Utilities and was a member of the church family at McAdoo Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
In addition to his parents, Garry and Kathleen Story, Perry is survived by his sister, Katherine Story; his grandparents, Louise Fielder and Bona and Bud Perry; and his fiance, Stephanie Smalling.
Pallbearers will be Beau Baggett, Charlie Adkins, Seth Crawford, Justin Robertson, Chris Johnson, Tyler Sisson, Scott Bridges, and Will Longworth. Honorary pallbearers will be Rafael Rios, Shannon Barlow, and fraternity brothers of the APSU Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho.
