Peggy Jerles
June 24, 1946 — March 5, 2021
Peggy Joyce Jerles, age 74 of Stewart, TN, passed away Friday, March 5, 2021 at her residence.
A celebration of her life will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 8, 2021 at Elk Creek Baptist Church with Pastors Charles Potter and Stephen Cathy officiating. Private burial will follow in Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service Monday afternoon.
Peggy entered this life on June 24, 1946 in Montgomery, AL, daughter to the late Ralph Hoyle. Peggy was a faithful member of Elk Creek Baptist Church.
In addition to her father, Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, George Jerles; sister, Carol Horton; and granddaughter, Tara Wilson.
Survivors include her loving sons, Chad Hooks (Stacy), Joe Hooks, and her forever friend, Linda Lamberth. Peggy also leaves behind her grandchildren, Sami Hooks, Monica Warden; great-grandchildren, Alainah Largent, Rynlee Largent, Bella Ogle, Memphis Wilson, Tatum Wilson and Mackray Warden.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
