Peggy Allen, age 71, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, March 19, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Revs. Larry Mulberry, Paul Bunger, and George Garcia will officiate. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
Peggy’s family will receive friends on Sunday, March 18, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and again on Monday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
She entered into this life on November 11, 1946 to the late Jack and Maxine Davis in Center Town, KY. Peggy was a member of Olivet Freewill Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, CSM (Ret) David Allen; son, David Kent ( Elizabeth Wittig) Allen; daughters, Angela Rochelle (Brad) Dougherty, Teresa Ann Carson; brother, Mitchell Davis; sister, Jackye Magan; grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, and Noah Lapointe, Wes and Luke Dougherty, Tyler and Makayla Naudet, Luke Schneider, Kristopher and Jordan Carson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Patsy Eaves.
