Paulyne Lamb Kimmins, 88, Clarksville, died Friday, July 11, 2008, at her home. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Lawrence Bros. Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Tennessee with Bro. Geoffery Sikes and Bro. Forest Suddeath officiating. Burial will be in Cothran Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and from 11 a.m. until the time of service Monday at Lawrence Bros. Funeral Home.
She was born August 1, 1919 in Bedford Co., TN, daughter of Arthur G. Lamb and Pearl Cook Lamb. Mrs. Kimmins taught at Dickson High School and West End High School, Nashville, was a homemaker, a member of Madison Street Church of Christ and formerly a member of Fairlane Church of Christ, Shelbyville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Joe W. Kimmins and brother Cass J. Lamb. She is survived by daughters Nell and her husband Bill Rayburn of Clarksville and Dovie Kimmins of Murfreesboro, and grandson Mathew Joseph (M.J.) Rayburn.
