Pauline Browning Edmondson, 93, Clarksville, went to be with the Lord Saturday, October 5, at Spring Meadows Health Care Center.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 PM Tuesday October 8, 2013 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Riley and Dr. John Laida officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 7 PM Monday and from 1 PM until the time of service Tuesday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
Pauline entered this life on November 28, 1919 in Cumberland City, TN, daughter of Aubrey Morgan and Malinda Belle Powers Browning. She was a faithful housewife and mother and formerly worked for Barnett Instrument Company. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church and the Joy Sunday School Class.
Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Irvin Edmondson, and son, John R. Edmondson, Sr.
Survivors include children, Ben I. (Judy) Edmondson, Clarksville, Glenda (John) Hagewood, Jacksonville, Arkansas, Georgia (Jim) Webber, Clarksville, and Malinda (Smitty) Johnson, Clarksville; 11 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Edmondson, Wally Hicks, Jim Webber, Brian Hagewood, Jimmy Sweet and Luis Sacoto.
The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff at Spring Meadows and Asera Care Hospice for their care and support.
