Paul Varden

Paul Eugene Varden Sr, age 87 of Erin, TN, passed away peacefully, surrounded by friends and family at Signature Healthcare of Erin on March 18, 2022.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 21, 2022 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Lowery Cemetery.
Family will receive friends on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service Monday morning.
Paul entered this life on October 27, 1934 in Kingston Springs, TN, son to the late William and Clara Mai Varden. Paul was a member of Mt. Sinai Church in Erin for many years.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his five siblings.
Survivors include his loving wife, Rachel Schmidt; children, Paul Varden Jr. (Heather), Lloyd Varden (Theresa), Alice Hooper, Mary Gregor (John); and brother, Hershel Varden. He also leaves behind his loving grandchildren, Josh Hooper, Lawrence Hooper, Logan Varden, Peyton Varden, Landon Varden, Morgan Varden, Michael Jernigan and many great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
