Patrick Connor, 62, Beloved husband, father, grandfather & brother went home to be with his Savior Jesus Christ on March 14, 2009. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave-Larson Chapel. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Hopkinsville, with full military honors. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home Patrick loved spending time with his family; playing pinochle, fishing - especially with his little buddy Connor, traveling with his wife, and fellowshipping with his church family. He always had a pocket full of candy that he handed out to anyone he came in contact with; a smile on his face and a joke in his heart. He loved to make people laugh. Patrick spent 20 years in the Army, and then worked as a security guard until he retired in 2003. Not long after he committed his life to Jesus and became very involved with his church. Pat was a Deacon at New Eden Korean/American Church, where he sang in the choir, was involved in the men' missionary group and the planning and building of their new church. Patrick is survived by his wife of 35 years Yong, his son Gene, his daughter Sora (Don) Oakes, and grandson Connor, 8 sisters, 3 brothers, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Art & Lucy Connor and his sister Rose Marie.
