Patricia Lee (Jacobsen) Distelrath, 66 of Clarksville, passed away August 16, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center.
A celebration of life will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, August 20, 2015 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
Patricia was born on December 5, 1948 in Port Huron, MI, daughter of the late Eugene Jacobsen and Caroline Swaffer. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by son, Ryan Matthew Distelrath and brother, Fred Jacobsen. She worked as a real estate agent.
She is survived by her husband, Edward L. Distelrath; daughter, Rebecca Distelrath; grandchildren, Ruby Paige Cherry and Caliber Jamison Pogroski; brother, Robert Jacobsen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
