She was born February 28, 1958 in Detroit, Mi. daughter of Eugene Burig and Nettie Hayes Boyd. She leaves behind one daughter Kristy Burig. She also leaves behind her brother Kenneth Burig, nephew David Burig, and granddaughter Justice Burig.
