Mr. Garcia was born November 8, 1946 in Laredo, TX, son of the late Oscar Joes Garcia Sr. and Bertha da la Garcia. He was a retired from Military, having served 26 years and attended The Kindgom Hall of The Jehovah's Witness.
Survivors include his companion, Diana Mae Purdy; son, Gabriel Garcia of Sweetwater, TN; brother Ricardo Garcia; sisters, Yolanda Teresa Garcia Adams and Maria de los Angeles Garcia.
