Orman (Cotton) Howell

Orman (Cotton) Howell, 85 passed away Sunday December 29, 2013 at his residence. He was born May 20, 1928 in Cumberland City, Tn. son of the late Lowal Howell and Vera Ann Weaks Howell. Cotton was retired from G.M. A celebration of his life will be 2pm Thursday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 9:30am until hour of service Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Survivors include his wife Donna Howell, three sons Ricky Howell, Stanley Howell, Tony Howell, one step son Micheal Thompson and four daughters Carol Manshardt, Rita Blackburn, Phyllis Pitel and Susan Paige Gordon. Ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Bass, Sammy Bass, Cary Largent, Teddy Howell, Dale Popp and Frank Kehil.
