Norman Carroll Crawford, age 75 of Clarksville, passed away Friday, January 25, 2013 at Gateway Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at the Hilldale Church of Christ with Steve Kirby and Carl Sims officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday at the Hilldale Church of Christ.
Norman entered this life on July 6, 1937 in Caradan, Texas to Norman Thomas and Viola Jane Harris Crawford. He was retired from a career with Exxon Mobil. He was a member of the Hilldale Church of Christ.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Patsy McDaniel Crawford of Clarksville, his daughters, Janet Leigh Crawford Brazzil and husband John of Baytown, TX and Penny Crawford Atwell and husband Bobby of Clarksville, grandchildren, Cade and Cody Brazzil and Austin and Payton Atwell, great grandchildren, Clayton and Nolan Brazzil, and his sister, Joyce Holleman of Highlands, TX.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his great grandson, Cameron James Brazzil, and his brother, Glen Ray Crawford.
Pallbearers will be, Cade Brazzil, Cody Brazzil, Austin Atwell, Rob Graham, Tommy Wilson, Robbie Fudge and Troy Holland. Honorary Pallbearer will be Jack Bruce.
Memorial contributions are preferred to Clarksville Christian School, 505 Hwy 76, Clarksville, TN 37043.
