Norma Elaine Fell, age 69 of Palmyra, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021.
Elaine was a loving wife and mother. She spent the majority of her years working in the healthcare field. Her greatest joys were spending time with her children and playing with her granddaughter. Elaine is dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
Elaine was born on June 3, 1952 to the late Norman Lee and Pearl Delilah Jackson. In addition to her parents, Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Fell, Sr., two brothers, and two sisters.
Elaine is survived by her son, Noah Fell, Jr.; daughter, Kim Fell Herndon; son-in-law, Daniel Herndon; granddaughter, Ella Herndon, and three brothers.
Visitation with family will be at 12:00 PM on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Cumberland Christian Fellowship, located at 113 Bradley Street in Cumberland City. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 2:00 PM.
