Norma Adkins

Mrs. Norma L. Adkins, age 70 of Erin, TN, passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at National Healthcare of Dickson.
A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Moody officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Family will receive friends on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., and from 8:00 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Norma entered this life on May 4, 1944 in Youngstown, OH, daughter of the late Harvey and Mary Whitsett Burton. Norma loved reading the Bible, watching TV, cooking, shopping, taking trips to Hawaii, and especially spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Kenny Burton.
Mrs. Adkins is survived by her husband of 21 years, Larry Adkins of Erin, TN; son, Darryl White of Ypsilanti, MI; daughter, Pamela Little of Brownstown, MI; and two bothers, Harvey Burton Jr. of Detroit, MI, and Raymond Burton of Nashville, TN.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Chris Marable, Earl Williams, Ronnie Bratschi, Greg Dillard, Emilio Burgos, and Randall Pate.
