Nora Lee Rose, 87, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, May 27, 2011 at her home. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 30, 2011 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Kail and Bro. James Greene officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home. Nora was born May 17, 1924 in Clarksville, daughter of Harvey Lee Gibbs and Relizie Toler Gibbs. She was a homemaker and a member of the Franklin St. Church of God. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James Rose, daughters Bonnie Carol Rose and Laverne Brake, a son, Kenneth (Buddy) Rose, and a grandson, Mark Daniel Baggett. Survivors include her daughters Linda (Lawrence) Baggett, Sue (James) Baggett, Connie (George) Gibson, Becky Bagby, and Donna (Jeff) Detelich; sons Pat (Mary) Rose, Steve (Diane) Rose, and Darin (Andi) Rose; sisters Willie Gibbs and Katherine Marino; twenty grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Stacey Baggett, Timmy Baggett, Duane Baggett, Gary Baggett, Kenny Rose, Mike Rose, Robert Rose, and Stevie Rose.
