Nolie Jean Stepp Smith, age 86 of Woodlawn, TN passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at her home.
Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Friday, February 11, 2022, at Sugar Creek Baptist Church with Bro. Thomas Lumpkin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the church.
Nolie entered this life on February 7, 1936 in Montgomery County, TN to the late Earnest Stepp and Beatrice Hall Stepp. She was a caregiver and a member of Sugar Creek Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Smith, and daughter, Silva Star Smith.
She is survived by her son, William “Bill” Smith, Jr. and his wife, Teresa; grandchildren, Shannon Stone, April Cary, Donald VanLangen, James Ashby, and Shelie Hudson; great-grandchildren, Tristan Cary, Taylor Rawson, Austin J. Rawson, Victoria Hudson, Levi Hudson, Alexander Ashby, Kyler Ashby, Abagail Ashby, Donald VanLangen, and David VanLangen.
Family will serve as pallbearers.
