Nina Finley

Nina Finley, age 78 of Erin, TN, passed away August 28, 2014 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN.
A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 30, 2014 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Rev. Harriet Bryan Harris and Rev. Charles Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Nina entered this life on October 22, 1935, daughter of the late H.A. “Buster” Marable and Bonnie Fussell Marable.
Nina served her community as the Houston County School Board Superintendent from 1988-1992. She was a faithful member of Erin United Methodist Church, a member of T.E.A, member of the Houston County Historic Society, friends of the Library, and an Erin City Council member.
Survivors include her husband, Fred Finley; son, Fred Finley III (Lisa); daughter, Gail Bedlack; four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Serving as Pallbearers will be family and friends.
