Nellie Potts

Nellie Ruth Potts, age 86 of Cumberland Furnace, went to be with the Lord Monday, April 24, 2017 at Clarksville Nursing and Rehab.
A celebration of her life will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 27, 2017 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel. Burial will be in Potts Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 pm. till 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, 2017 and 12 noon until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home.
Nellie was born March 24,1931 in Montgomery County, daughter of the late, Arthur and Stella Underwood Hodges. She was the owner of Potts Grocery Store and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Willie Potts and a sister, Brenda Britt,
Nellie is survived by her brothers, Donald (Peggy) Hodges and Eddie (Frances) Hodges, sister and a sister, Mary (Norman) Akin.
Pallbearers will be David Potts, Lloyd Potts, Gary Hodges, Larry Thompson, Donald Neblett and Gerald Hodges.
