Nell McIntosh

Nell McIntosh, age 91 of Cumberland City, TN, went to be with her Lord on Monday, December 24, 2018 at her home while surrounded by her loving family.
A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 28, 2018 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Herndon and Dylan Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Cumberland City Cemetery.
The McIntosh family will receive friends on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service Friday morning.
Nell entered this life on August 25, 1927 in Cumberland City, TN, daughter to the late George and Teriece Conger. Nell was a lifelong resident of Cumberland City where she owned and operated the McIntosh Motel.
In addition to her parents, Nell was preceded in death by her husband, Linus McIntosh; sisters, Katherine Powers, Tennie Walden; brothers, Maurice Cogner, George Henry, and James Lewis.
Survivors include her loving children, Linus Daryl (Gloria) McIntosh, Debbie (Harold) Sanders; grandchildren, Lori (Stoney) Odom, Jacob (Lana) Sanders; great-grandchildren, Frani Odom, Jonathan Odom, Brooksie (Shay) Godbolt, Dylan (Karrah) Sanders, Lily Sanders; great great-grandchildren, Greg Odom, Eli Odom, and Lucy Nell Tabbs,
Serving as pallbearers will be Tommy Conger, Brian Conger, Jim Conger, Shay Godbolt, Dylan Sanders, Chris Cogner, and Stoney Odom.
