Neal Parker

Mr. Neal Parker, age 82 of Erin, TN, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at his residence.
A celebration of his life will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 15, 2017 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Baggett, and Sister Fay Winstead officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
The Parker family will receive friends on Friday from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday afternoon.
Neal entered this life on August 25, 1934 in Cunningham, TN, son to the late Joe Gilbert and Zelma Harris Parker. Neal was a member of Patterson’s Chapel Church, and had a love for hunting and farming.
Survivors include his loving wife of 46 years, Wanda Brooks Parker; sons, Lonnie Parker, Kerry Parker, Shannon Parker; daughter, Stephanie Moore; and brothers, Wilson and Carroll Parker. Neal also leaves behind twelve grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Shannon Parker, Lonnie Parker, Kerry Parker, Buzz Cary, Dalton Cary, and Bucky Moore. Honorary pallbearers will be Dillon Moore, Freddie Parchman, and Carter Cary.
