Nancy Suiter

Nancy H. Suiter, 76, Cumberland Heights, went to be with the Lord July 4, 2011 at St. Thomas Hospital, Nashville. A celebration of her life will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2011 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. David Mackens officiating. Burial will follow in Myer’s Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home.
Nancy was born October 1, 1934 in Montgomery County, Tennessee, daughter of the late Roland and Gussie Byard Hogue. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Nelson Suiter, Sr. Nancy was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons Donnie (Angie) Suiter and Doug Suiter, both of Palmyra, and John (Tina) Suiter of Cunningham, daughters Denise (Doug) Godfrey and Debbie (Harvey Nigbur) Suiter, both of Clarksville, sisters Geneva Hardin of Cumberland City, Patsy Bateman, Louise Suiter, and Laura Nell York, all of Clarksville, ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
